The Family Wellbeing Pattern Review is an educational and reflective process. It helps organise family observations and identify possible support priorities. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy, counselling, legal advice, NDIS advice, crisis support, or clinical recommendations.

If there is immediate risk of harm, self-harm, violence, abuse, neglect, or unsafe escalation, urgent support should be sought through appropriate emergency, clinical, safeguarding, or crisis services.

The Family Wellbeing Pattern Review is a fixed-scope educational and reflective support process. Pricing includes the agreed intake review, Discovery conversation, internal pattern review, and client-facing summary according to the selected tier. The service does not include diagnosis, therapy, counselling, legal advice, NDIS advice, crisis support, school advocacy, or ongoing implementation unless separately agreed in writing.

Bookings are confirmed once payment and scope acceptance are received. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are managed according to the terms provided at booking. If a concern appears outside the scope of the review, Determine Education may pause, redirect, or recommend a more appropriate support pathway.
